Who is happy when seeing a wrinkle or gray hair? Not me! At 26 I pulled one out of my scalp today. 26 and seeing little wrinkles around my mouth and eyes, and gray hair?? I am aging!!!!

All of us wish to postpone the gray days, but we will reach the old age whether we like it or not. Yes, we will look old, but we can still look great and vibrate with good energy. This is very possible, but only if you follow certain steps.




Before introducing anti aging tips for healthy and radiant looking skin care, you need to understand and accept aging as:




  • natural process


  • continuous process


  • increasing process with time


  • process that cannot be stopped but can be slowed down





Steps to healthy looking skin:
1.Choose cream (daily and night) that suits your skin. If you have very sensitive skin, choose cream that are fragrance free and especially designed for sensitive skin.
2.Apply cream from the centre of the face to the outer corners, and when applying on neck- upwards to the face.
3.If you want to nurture your skin around eyes, apply creams designed especially for eye area.
4.Wear UV protection! This is very important! Not just because of anti-aging effects, but also to prevent serious disease like skin cancer.





Most daily creams contain UV protection.
5.If you use makeup, foundations etc., you must also remove it! Remove makeup as soon as possible, and do never go to sleep with makeup on.

8.Clear your skin with natural scrubs %26ndash; prepare them at home (recipe follows)
9.Drink water or herbal teas. Green tea contains anti-oxidants and is also very beneficial for anti-aging regime.
10.Eat plenty vegetables and fruits. Eat balanced diet.

Skincare for 30 years and more

This is one of the most difficult times women can experience: work, family %26ndash; do you have the time for yourself? Pamper yourself once a week and you'll see yourself in a new light.
Apply peeling on wet skin once weekly. Massage with circular moves, from the centre of the face to the outer corners.
Prepare yourself quality face mask after peeling, and relax for 15 minutes.
After mask apply hydrating cream that contains high-quality ingredients that nurture and protect skin from dangerous environmental influences.

Skincare for 40 years and more

You've probably reached your career goal and children are old enough, so you don't have to watch their every step no more. In 40s skin is less firm than it used to be, for that reason start using creams that return skin strength and youthful appearance.
For eyes area use creams designed especially for eye area.

Skincare for 50 years and more

Your hormones are changing and you%26rsquo;re entering the age of menopause.
You have to take care of your body in a new way! Your skin becomes thinner and more sensitive, and glands produce less fat and skin preserves less moisture.
Use creams that contain vitamin E since vitamin E slows down the ageing process. If you have age spots, there are also creams available that make them go away.
The strongest treatment based on vitamin A is Retin A, but it is only available by prescription and not only that %26ndash; Retin A may one of the most irritating treatments. As usual, it is always best ask your doctor.


Homemade eye cream recipe


Here is a recipe for eye cream for mature skin that can be easily prepared at home.

Warm base cream on low heat. Remove from fire and add 2 drops of chosen essential oil, in case of mature skin this should be jasmine essential oil.

This cream is applied around eyes. The rest of the cream can be applied on face. Start with forehead, with long moves move toward nose, cheeks and chin.
Next step is relaxation: lie down and rest for 10 to 15 minutes. After that use dry towel and press it on your face. Leave it that way around 5 minutes, which will absorb oil from skin. Rinse mask with lukewarm water and dry your face by tapping it with clean towel. End treatment with light hydrating cream.

For those with oily faces

If you have oily face, you must try this mask! You will need geranium, sandalwood and lemon essential oils. Geranium and sandalwood balance sebaceous glands secretion, while lemon essential oil closes pores.

Ingredients needed:
1 drop sandalwood essential oil
1 drop geranium essential oil
2 drops lemon essential oil
2 teaspoons yogurt

First, mix oils and than add yogurt.

Apply mask on face, but do avoid area around eyes. Leave 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water and tap dry with towel. Afterwards apply hydrating cream.

Cream with peeling

If you want to make peeling out of this cream, add oatmeal in yogurt and then essential oils and then massage your face.

Honey mask

Honey mask is one of the simplest masks. Honey has regenerative and moisturizing characteristics and is appropriate for young and mature skin, normal, dry or oily skin.

You can prepare the simplest mask ever: just apply thin layer of honey on face and relax for 15 minutes. Afterwards wash off and tap dry.

Another variation demands few more ingredients:

%26frac14; yogurt cup
%26frac12; spoon of oatmeal flour
2 spoons honey

Mix yogurt and honey and then add flour. Mix until mass becomes homogeneous. Apply on face. After 15 minutes rinse with warm water. You can use this mask on daily basis.

Peach for tighter skin

You will need 1 ripe, peeled and pitted peach, and 1 egg white

Whip the peach and egg white together in a blender until smooth, and then pat the mixture all over your face. Relax for 30 minutes, and then wash it off with lukewarm water. This mask will tighten your skin and refresh it.


When organism (and skin) ages, the ability to respond to stress, homeostatic imbalance and risk of disease increase, but this does not mean older people must desperate.
No matter your age you can still look beautiful, youthful and seductive. Invest some effort and time and your skin will look healthy and firmer, but most of all you will shine in all your beauty. The most important is to live a happy and healthy life- then beauty is more than evident.
